courtyard settingfaulty safe
The breakfast selection was okay, I guess, a standard affair. The courtyard setting added a touch of something though.
The staff seemed confused about pretty basic requests. I had to ask multiple times for simple things. The safe in my room didn't work, and they couldn't fix it during my entire stay! This made storing valuables a real pain.

The location was acceptable. Near everything i needed.
The staff's unprofessionalism annoyed me. I felt it was unacceptable for a so-called five-star hotel. i was given misleading price information and asked to pay my bill twice. i also had to give an €800 deposit after i already paid for the room, which they didn't mention earlier.
